Samantha Bailey
Favourite Quote: “Don’t worry, be happy!”

Samantha Bailey has been a principle vocalist with the show since 1999.

Born in 1977 and brought up in London, Sam prides herself on the personal inspiration of her family and the experiences she has gathered along the way…

“My mum is a strong person and works hard, and my dad was a musician, so I would like to think I gained a lot from both of them. Since joining the show, I would also say I have really looked up to Tony. He has guided me through working with a live band, which I had never done before, and has undoubtedly made me a stronger and more confident singer, not to mention person.”

Before her current spot in the limelight, Sam sung her little heart out on cruise ships in the Caribbean, visiting some amazing countries along the way, with Mexico being one of her favourites!

Away from the stage, Sam, who is married to fellow company member Craig Pearson (“the keyboard man”), enjoys football, athletics, music, reality TV, shopping and her favourite food is… egg and chips… …try telling that to the Head Chef of the Hilton in London, where the show performed recently! She holds a team place in Leicester City Ladies Football Club, for which she won ‘Personality Of The Year’ for season 2003/4.

Samantha interprets many female artists throughout the array of shows performed by The Tony Carnagie Show. But her rendition of Celine Dion has surely got to be her most sincere and electrifying impersonation of all. Performing numbers such as; ‘I Drove All Night’, ‘My Heart Will Go On’, ‘It’s All Coming Back To Me Now’, and ‘Beauty And The Beast’, Sam’s vocals are quite simply breathtaking.

There is no doubting Sam’s talent for grabbing your attention, capturing you with a heart wrenching ballad one minute and a punchy Musical theatre number the next! She has an angelic take on diversity, with the guts and determination of a star…
