"The Royal Suite at The Royal Moat House Hotel was filled to the brim
with an audience who were attending an all day
corporate entertainment event within these fine walls.
The main attraction was The Diva’s Show. Tony Carnagie and his five-handed
cast feature a dramatic mode of presentation, attention to detail and
a sophisticated cabaret feel with the vocal ability of all concerned
proving quite exceptional.
There are elements of the tribute scene here but Carnagie’s female
impersonations section is the main selling point. Marilyn Monroe,
Liza Minnelli, Madonna, Cher, and Tina Turner were all stunningly
recreated by a performer who does not merely dress up as the
aforementioned Divas, he simply becomes them, both vocally and facially.
All the musicians create a great hi-tech feel, along with company member
Samantha Bailey who sings with conviction and great sincerity.
The whole ensemble, led by Carnagie, just gets instantly onstage
proving firstly that Carnagie should already be an enormous star and
secondly that there are professionals, there are ultra professionals,
and then there is Tony Carnagie."

"Carnagie takes center stage... A musical extravaganza, Divas are a Girl’s Best Friend, will be staged
on October 16 at the lawns of Crown Plaza Hotel. This is the first time that
the band will be performing in Muscat.
Tony Carnagie, the front man of this five-piece outfit, will transform
into some of the world’s most famous female movie and music stars like
Tina Turner, Barbara Streisand, Britney Spears, Madonna, Cher and
Celine Dion, to name a few.
Along with him are two female vocalists, Rebecca Stafford and
Samantha Bailey, who will perform all that’s best from the likes
of Steps, S Club Seven, Atomic Kitten and Abba, to name a few.
Lead guitarist Steve New and keyboard player Adam Butler will
add to the musical experience. The band hails from the city of
Leicester in the East Midlands and has previously enthralled
audiences in the UAE."
